TT is a forward thinking progressive company. The management team cares as much about the employees and the work environment as it does about the direction of the company.

Cons

Seeking out directions can be difficult because the company is constantly treading in new areas.

Pros

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
