Pros

Great place to work for recents grads. Salaries and financial industry experience were great benefits for firsttimers. Younger employees liked the game room.

Cons

The constant (every 9 to 18 months) reorgs were a killer. Leadership that really understood customers and employees was non-existent. Computers were very out of date. Health benefits got worse every year I was there (5 years).

Pros

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
