TT is filled with great people and there's lots of opportunities. The management is very open to new ideas. I can't say enough good things!

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say other than a slightly higher salary would have been nice. Of course, I can say the same about my current employer!

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
