1. I have been working at Trading Technologies for 3 years. It is one of the best software company to work at. 2. Work life balance is good. 3. You feel respected at work. 4. You get gym and accessories allowance apart from your salaries. 5. You will get to learn a lot.

Pros

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
