- transparency with all processes - leaders in technology - strong upper management team with a lot of industry knowledge and connections - employee perks - rapidly growing - going to be the one of it's kind - multi asset platform As a QA Manager at Trading Technologies, I love my job. Every day, I get the opportunity to learn something new, which makes my role both challenging and rewarding

Pros

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
