Incoming accounts and clients pile on an impossible workload, and asking for help only makes things worse. Requests for support are ignored, deadlines are tightened, and employees are forced to work even longer hours. Morale plummets as frustration and exhaustion take over. The environment is toxic beyond measure. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, blatant favoritism, and constant gaslighting are rampant.
