Good exposure to local board Good benefits Supportive culture Customer focused for commercial actions Culture and values are interesting Compliance is strong and real Lean seems to be strong within its processes
Cons
Does not have flexible journey Long working hours Really demotivating and underrated mid and high management (some managers and directors) Lots of politics Low bar employees No long term perspective in terms of strategy Those in São Paulo have lots of more visibility Slow career growth Not much innovating initiatives. Older employees, specially from Engineering are very resistant and lacks customer driven actions International exposure is impossible
