      Trane is a beautiful and safe environment to work for. Everyone works together as a team. You can sense the multinational aspect of the company the minute you walk in.

      Cons

      Most talented and brilliant engineers left the company due to the lack of opportunity for growth. Lack of training. Too much data entry work.
