      I loved working with Trane Technologies as an intern. They had an organized program for interns and gave us hands on experience to help us get a head start in our career. The team and management in Greenville was amazing. The benefits with Trane are also very good.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
