      Pros

      Excellent benefits, contribute to your HSA, a big company comes with a lot of resources and I liked the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Recent company wide layoffs. Change is slow, large organizations have a hard time being agile and it’s true here. Just a lot of process and red tape that you’d find at any company this size.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
