Great culture. Very inclusive and supportive environment. Excellent training. Overall, a great company to work for.
Cons
As with any large employer there can be challenges with teams working in silos and not understanding what the other teams do or if there are duplicative efforts for the same goal. So, there can certainly be improvements made relative to communication among teams.
