Pros

Nice people Cafeteria on site Walking paths on campus

Cons

Recent RTO mandate of 4-days (full 8 hour days from 8-5) in office conveniently announced right after the annual employee survey closed. The email from the CEO claimed that 4-day RTO is because some people were not compliant with the 3-day requirement so we are punishing everyone. Mass layoffs despite claiming they don't do layoffs, adding additional work to teams who were already stretched thin to begin with Poor benefits (expensive insurance, horrible PTO, poor parental leave) Upper leadership values politics/kissing up over actual contribution Poor leadership in general (people placed in leadership positions who do not care about their employees, lacking empathy and emotional intelligence, witnessed bullying and intimidation multiple times) Systems are all over the place and unorganized

Pros

This company pays reasonably well. I see a lot of potential for Life Science Solutions once it has established a presence in the industry.

Cons

Medical benefits result in high annual out-of-pocket costs. Life Science Solutions hires management with business acumen rather than industry knowledge, which doesn't translate well in a new industry.
