      The people are mostly amazing.

      Cons

      The pay is only just enough to get by Only overtime when they want you to come in, which is on the weekends. There is no Christmas bonus of any kind. Management does not care about their workers; they just care about getting units out the door. Only 4% increase every year no matter the job change or increase in work.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
