      - Worked part-time during school and full time during the summer - Allowed me to gain work experience during the summer and focus on school during the school year - Very flexible with my workload at school

      Cons

      - Not much room for opportunity if you are not looking to pursue the ADP program - Many roles are located in Davidson and would require you to relocate

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
