      Employee friendly, work life balance, amazing managers very process driven gives responsibility you are allowed to make mistakes good learning technologically

      Cons

      Not good paymaster, very flat organization hence less profile enhancement caters to very specific product portfolio and hence gradually your scope also becomes very narrow

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
