      Pros

      Acceptable compensation to the market. Benefits are better than the market. Management is respectable and the work environment is non-confrontational. Commitment to quality products is evident. This commitment is played into market pricing.

      Cons

      Sr. mgt in NC office is not in-tune with regions/sectors. Constant reorganizations, especially in Sourcing. Decent management, but poor leadership.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
