Pros
They have great vacation benefits as you get 3 weeks right when hired. Health benefits are quick and decent compared to the rest of comparable jobs. 401k is 100 percent matching up to 6%. Limited on what you can invest in.
Cons
Horrible communication between all departments. Engineers are project managers and posses very little design skills. They do not deal with "issue people" which ends up making the ones who work hard, just be like the others since there is no benefit to working harder. People are in positions who do not have the requirements to be in the positions. They are locked in and most are miserable.
