      Employees are good to work with, compent and friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management performance - bad follow through of promises to team members, totally inconsiderate treatment of employees - management says employees are highly valued, but actions tell a very different story.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
