Pros

3 weeks VaCa, 10 holidays, 401k 6% match dollar for dollar, fully vested < 5 yrs, standards benefits for family is about $160 for top of the line program w/o vision. Room for growth but choose you role wisely. good mgrs are hit and miss

Cons

HR limits job hopping to 18 mos for all individual-contributor roles, salary is non-negational if you bring in offer(s) from outside - they will let talent walk right out. Work is volatile, Company lacks direction, always changing but not for good, poor knowledge sharing & communication behind functions and corporate. If an employee turns over, HR & MGR are very slow to hire (avg. 4-6 mos) if they even hire then - company likes to claim head count productivity. HR function is a complete mess - uninformed and they think they are business partners. Financials systems are a nightmare - HFM resources and support are not even funny how terrible they are. Actuals CY, PY, AOP, FCST all in different cubes, lack of communication with business critical information around reporting.

Pros

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

Cons

The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
