      Pros

      They have a good retirement plan, all technicians are very helpful if you have questions or get stuck on a job. Pay is good, vacation time has to be planned in advance but you get up to 4 weeks paid vacation after 15 years.

      Cons

      HR is terrible, management is hard to deal with

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
