Pros
Salaried personnel are friendly and helpful to hourly employees. Most hourly employees are great to work around. Very good health benefits ( medical and dental ). Pay is above what most manufacturing facilities in the area are offering.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments causes unnecessary delays in production. Better screening of new temporary hourly employees needed. Ask for voluntary OT whenever possible, instead of mandatory OT
