Not bad but needs improvement - Anonymous employee Trane Technologies Employee Review

WAY too many people with POOR leadership skills in leadership positions. Still very much a "good 'ol boy" environment in the corporate office in Davidson, NC. Nepotism is commonplace. Lack of diversity in upper management, all the executives look alike, not one person of color.
