Good benefits, great customers, a new truck..
Cons
Awful treatment by the office causing constant turn over. Technician are treated terribly, office talks to technicians like they are children, we work over 60-70 hours a week every week to make up for the low staff, VERY low pay for HVAC service work, no work/life balance.... its become really bad here, was not always this way
