Business Outlook
Pros
Hire and promote from within. Good pay and decent benefits. Strong 401k match compared to other jobs I've worked. Sound company that has the potential to still be there for another 60 years. Can be fun and challenging at times, if you get the right senior management team you will certainly enjoy your time there.
Cons
Unorganized, constant "fire fighting" mode, weak current employee culture, very few true leaders in leadership roles, and to counteract the right senior management team is the wrong senior management team. It certainly doesn't help matters.
