      Upper Management has improved over the last few years. Best talent of all of the sectors from what I have seen.

      Cons

      Management seems to think 50-55 week hours are a badge of honor.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
