Pros
The pay is decent and benefits are good.
Cons
The favoritism is disgusting, the management and HR are friends and protect each other by any means. Hated the direct facility and eventually the company as a whole because their corporate HR is trash too. They pretend to be fair during Union voting time and try to treat you like three fifths of a human being the rest of time.
