Good people in office and in the field , mangers are down to earth . Good benefits and 401k match up to 6-8% , hard to get fired
Cons
Terrible pay for technicians. work added to your plate every other week . Year review is rushed and just managers agreeing to what you wrote for your own review. Because they are way to busy to give a real one . Managers are overworked . Hard for people to get fired
