Horrible - Equipment Project Manager Trane Technologies Employee Review

Worked at the Maitland, FL office and my experience was terrible. Barely had any training and they expect sooo much out of you after teaching you the bare minimum for only a few weeks. Was written up for not accomplishing things I hadn't even learned at all. Oh and the workload? Forget it. You'll be miserable sitting at your computer for 12+ hours daily. I quit before they could fire me because it was such a horrible experience. Would not recommend the Maitland, FL office whatsoever.
