      Trane Technologies is committed to sustainability and in addition I feel valued and respected by my leadership. The company cares about its employees and offers flexibility along with competitive salaries and solid benefits.

      Cons

      Some of our administrative buildings are in need of an upgrade. Our IT support moved to off shore which has been a terrible experience.
