      Good pay Hybrid mode of work with 2 days office Less work pressure

      Cons

      Company reluctant towards any improvements proposed.This is essentially due to lazy work atmosphere. Generations back in terms of software upgrades like creo , exel etc. Recognition are poor. U get certificates in powerpoint and pdf. They have not come out of covid era. Travel policy is worst. No per diam even for long term travels. You need to keep track of every bill if u are onsite

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
