Pros
Decent Pay, Vacation, holidays an PTO as well as benefits, it's like any other place to work nothing that you can say wow this is a place I'd like to retire in... they also have some nice engagement activities that help.
Cons
You are just a number let's start with the obvious, always understaffed, communication is a great issue as there is contradictive information between leaders and regular employees, if you want to grow its difficult if you are not part of the buddy-buddy club additionally the push for diversity is sometimes uncomfortable ... if you get injured it will always boil down to "operators' fault" because God forbid you injure yourself on the job as that is impossible... if you ask around you will find out the truth about how employees feel and about how work/life balance affects them.
