Pros
+ Pay overall is decent, especially for admin, with paid overtime + Finally investing in better software, though improvements are very slow going + Benefits are OK + Graduate program seems to be very highly regarded (though I can't speak to that personally) + Some managers are great and supportive
Cons
- A lot of upper management are stuck on standard process and do not invest in new/different ways of doing things, or want to stray from that - Most teams are "boys clubs" - Implemented mandatory office days and backtracked from covid remote working protocols - Do not pay technicians enough - No clear career paths for admins outside of people management - The company has a lot of "lifers" who fight change so it's difficult to strive for better - Company is so big it feels like just shouting into the void a lot of the time when trying to find the right people to talk to about issues
