      You will work 50 hours a week no matter what. No time for appointments or family life because you're burnt out from work.

      Cons

      The management is terrible, HR is terrible and inaccessible. They preach safety but they don't get their equipment fixed.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
