      Pros

      Great benefits and decent pay, most of the technicians I worked with were good. The NRV team and management were wonderful.

      Cons

      The Roanoke service team and management where something to be desired. Unless you fit in with the crowd you are considered an outcast and the area service manager for Roanoke would single you out and was very aggressive towards me in one particular conversation and honestly made me feel very unsafe.
