      Decent work/life balance, work isn't incredibly difficult, stable/safe industry

      Cons

      Depends on who your manager is but lots of micromanagement, lack of career development, lack of organization and structure between teams, lack of community and belonging between employees, only one high-deductible insurance plan

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
