      Pros

      Consistent overtime. Could get anywhere from 2-3 hrs overtime daily. Chill environment with understanding supervisors and management. Not labor intensive, not working out in the texas heat. Pretty decent pay for it not being an actual “trade” they give felons an opportunity.

      Cons

      Lower back will hurt! If you decide to become brazer do yourself a favor and put the fixture with what your brazing ON TOP of a bucket to braze so your not bent over. Trust me you and your back will thank me 6 months to year in. They can give lead positions to people who dont deserve it and get on your nerves with oversight. Not many cons though besides those 2 and the fact that it is extremellllyyyy monotinous!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
