Pros

The culture is amazing. People work together as one to support each other. Leadership genuinely cares about the people. They will push you hard for results but they will be fair, honest and ethical.

Cons

Raises were a little light this past year but that is a function of the economy.

Team atmosphere, outstanding leadership and management, advancement opportunities, takes care of employees, community-minded company, Upper management is transparent and communicates company financials frequently, long tenure is very normal here
