7yWe take an employee’s current performance and previous work experience into consideration before transferring to a new position or for a promotion and often have numerous employees applying for internal promotions; we strive to select the most closely matched skill set and background. We also strive to reasonably accommodate every employee who seeks an accommodation. We desire to work through an interactive process with employees, which relies on employees providing suggestions about an accommodation, without that input it is challenging to reach a mutually agreeable solution. The Auburn location was sold in August 2018.
