      Great coworkers and lots of opportunities for growth

      Can be demanding at times and some of the sales team can do better at managing client expectations and appreciating the internal teams that do the work

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
