Pros: Lively Work Environment Opportunity for Growth Strong management team Work is enjoyable Respectable and smart team of coworkers I enjoy the work environment at TransPerfect, and I feel there is a lot of room for growth. The senior management team has an open door policy, which has helped me a lot in my role. I appreciate the entrepreneurial work environment, and I feel that I have a lot of opportunity to mold my own career path at TransPerfect. Coming from a very large Fortune 500 company it is exciting to be appreciated for your hard work, and to be able to implement new ideas and best practices. I am enjoying my work at TransPerfect, and I feel that the leadership team is doing a great job!

Cons: No flexibility to work remotely Limited space in office - no conference rooms available Overall, I only have positive things to say about the organization. If there are two areas that I feel management could improve on it would be to have the ability to work remotely for 1 or 2 days a week, and to have more conference space in the office.
