      Stable workflow, good project managers

      Cons

      Payment is ALWAYS late. Even though the contract states that payment will be received within 45 days from the date of the invoice, it normally takes at least 2.5 months or even longer to receive the payment. Especially in the past three to four months, payment schedule has been really bad.

      Pros

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
