Pros

Good first exposure to sales and account management.

Cons

- Micromanagement by managers, no opportunity to take control over your work. - Lied on their job listing. Stated that this was salary + commission but had to make $100k in sales before seeing any commission. - Bare minimum training. Sink or swim is their policy and they will let you know as soon as you sign anything with them. - Terrible work culture, expected to commit your afternoons and weekends to the accounts you work on.

Pros

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Cons

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

Pros

The job was remote and very flexible.

Cons

The manager at times, could be unprofessional. She was a little passive aggressive and often no-showed or was late to meetings. She would make false promises and could be a bit condescending. The pay is also not great and despite recruiting hundreds of contractors, my requests for a raise was denied. The rate for contractors was also very cheap.
