Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues
Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.
Cons
Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.
The manager at times, could be unprofessional. She was a little passive aggressive and often no-showed or was late to meetings. She would make false promises and could be a bit condescending.
The pay is also not great and despite recruiting hundreds of contractors, my requests for a raise was denied. The rate for contractors was also very cheap.
