Pros

Professional interpretation is a good skill to have, everyday you learn something new. Calls are different and sometimes repetitive.

Cons

Non stop back to back calls. Salary is is low, you are required to pass quality assessment weekly and there is a lot of pressure in regards to making even a small mistake. Compensation needs to be higher if the demands for the job are close to perfection. You want perfection pay more!

Pros

The job was remote and very flexible.

Cons

The manager at times, could be unprofessional. She was a little passive aggressive and often no-showed or was late to meetings. She would make false promises and could be a bit condescending. The pay is also not great and despite recruiting hundreds of contractors, my requests for a raise was denied. The rate for contractors was also very cheap.
