They don't provide a good onboarding experience to the new employees, and don't even give any welcome kit. The company is full of bureaucracy, with many different platforms to work on. The workload is insane, where they want one person does a job of 3 people, and if you get overwhelmed it is your fault for not being organized with your time. The company's culture is to have everyone in the office, even if this will make the employee gets stuck in the traffic for 3 hours to get there, and loses their quality of life. TBH, they don't seem to care about the mental healthy of their employers at all.
