      The only positive aspect is that the salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      All challenges with no benefits. Increased pressure on capable individuals due to the hiring of incompetent personnel. Micromanagement arises from a lack of clear direction or frequent changes in strategy. Workload and compensation are not aligned with current market standards.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
