Business Outlook

Pros

For such a large company, TU takes care of their people as evidenced by their measured and thought out response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They have their issues like any other company, but this alone has bought them immense goodwill in my eyes.

Cons

Splitting functions between regions can make getting things done harder, as there can be a lot of turnover and the person you were working with one something is no longer there and it takes a while to track down who replaced them.
