      Compensation, Employee Stock Purchasing Plan, sign-on bonus

      Cons

      Very overworked and there is an urgent issue every single day. Toxic management. The annual bonus is very small. I don't recommend joining their cybersecurity team.

      - Flexible work environment (hybrid model, in office twice a week) - Flexible time off you can actually use - Good insurance and benefits

      Cons

      - They do not offer large salary increases for promotions (expect less than 10%) - Salary is not as competitive as other competitors
