I do not recommend joining transunion in any India locations for various reason. For UK and Chicago it’s good though. In India it has come for expansion so expectations are unrealistic with nominal pay. As a result attrition is sky high and only happy people I met in this org were from overseas. There is too much bias here based on location in every aspect, be it working hours, pay or promotion. While other maintain healthy work life balance working for merely 5-6 hrs, expectations from Indian workers are that they work for minimum 12-14 hours a day. I am saying this because I was told so by one of my bosses. “It is what it is, I am sorry you are in India so you have to follow the sun and do more that what we are paying you for apparently, just be happy that you are getting a job there in tu and working for us”. So all this unfair treatment is camouflaged under a word called tu is “challenging” workplace. Scrum masters here are just to push you to take more and more work without showing any gratitude. After sometime one feels like a machine doing redundant work day and night with no real objective than salary. So if you are in Human Resources, agile practices, management then this org is perfect fit but if you belong to developer community then join at the stake of your self respect and innovation.
