Pros

It is a hybrid work mode in Hong Kong; If your manager approves, you can work from home. You can get a 100% bonus even if you worked less than 12 months. It is a 50% company and a 50% personal performance bonus. There have Happy Friday, and you can get offline after 15:00.

Cons

Suppose your manager doesn't like you. Your personal performance bonus will have an effect. Suppose your manager doesn't like you. You might need to work from the office every day. If your manager dislikes you, you might not have a Happy Friday.

Cons

- They do not offer large salary increases for promotions (expect less than 10%) - Salary is not as competitive as other competitors
